Cautionary Announcement
Shareholders are referred to the withdrawal of cautionary announcement
dated 25 July 2011 and were advised that due to the uncertainty caused by
the announced moratorium on transactions covered by Section 45 of the
Income Tax Act, 1962, negotiations had been suspended until clarity was
received in this regard. Negotiations have recommenced and accordingly,
shareholders are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the shares in
the Company`s until a further announcement is released.
