APPOINTMENT OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
In compliance with paragraph 3.59(a) of the Listings
Requirements of the JSE Limited, notification is hereby
given that Mr. Colin Priem has been appointed as a non-
executive director on the board of GPI with immediate
effect.
Mr. Priem has a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, with
Honours in Business Administration. He is currently
reading for a Master’s degree in Commerce and lectures
part-time on financial management modules at the
University of the Western Cape. Colin also has
comprehensive experience in the finance, investment and
strategic management fields, all of which make him
imminently suitable for appointment as non-executive
director of the Company.
The Board of directors wishes to congratulate Mr. Priem
on his appointment and looks forward to his invaluable
contribution to the Company and Group.
