FURTHER CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Protech Shareholders (“Shareholders”) are referred to the
cautionary announcement published on the Securities Exchange
News Service (“SENS”) on 14 March 2012, renewed on 2 May 2012
and on 25 May 2012 and on 9 July 2012 wherein they were
advised that the Company had entered into discussions which,
if successfully concluded, may have a material effect on the
price of the Company’s securities.
Accordingly, Shareholders are advised to continue to exercise
caution when dealing in the Company’s securities until a
further announcement is made.
