DISPOSALS UPDATE AND RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the announcements released on SENS on 11 July 2012 and
8 August 2012 and using the terms defined therein unless otherwise stated, are advised that the
circular containing full details of the disposals of the Sandton 3 and Sandton 1 Properties, the Beach
Road Property and the Sandton 4 Property and the intended disposal of The Don’s five remaining
hotel properties (“the Disposals”) is being finalised. The circular will be distributed to shareholders in
due course.
In addition, further to the renewal of cautionary announcement dated 11 July 2012, shareholders are
advised that as the finalisation of the pro forma financial effects, as well as negotiations on several of
the remaining five hotel properties, are still in progress, which if successfully concluded may have a
material effect on the price of the Company’s securities, they should continue to exercise caution
when dealing in the Company’s securities until a further announcement is made.
