on 22 August 2012 and contains no modifications to the provisional reviewed condensed results published
on 31 May 2012.
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of shareholders of PSV will be held at 9:00 on
Monday, 17 September 2012 at the corner of Barbara and North Reef Roads, Henville Extension,
Elandsfontein, Johannesburg to conduct the business stated in the notice of the annual general meeting,
which is contained in the annual report.
