RETIREMENT OF EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
In compliance with paragraph 3.59(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements,
shareholders are advised that Mr K M P Spencer has tendered his early retirement
as an executive director of Masonite with effect from 30 August 2012.
Kevin Spencer has been in the employ of Masonite since 1973. He successfully
managed the Marketing and Sales function for the last 26 years and served on the
Board of Masonite (Africa) Limited since 1998. The company thanks Kevin for his
dedicated service over this period.
