DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE MTN SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for MTN GROUP LTD and that as a result of
the dividend declaration relating to MTN GROUP LTD (MTN) the Trustees of the Share Instalment
Trust have declared a dividend amount of 321 cents per MTNNNI share instalment that is payable on
Monday, 03 September 2012. The dividend is subject to a local tax of 15 percent.
STC credits utilized equate to 25.08974 cents per share instalment. This results in a net dividend of
276.61346 cents per share instalment. The final payment will be rounded to two decimal places.
The last day to trade cum-dividend is Friday, 24 August 2012. The Share Instalment will commence
trading ex-dividend from Monday, 27 August 2012. The record date will be Friday, 31 August 2012.
