The JSE has been requested by BK One to halt trading in the Company’s securities until the
commencement of business on Friday, 24 August 2012.
The directors of BK One are of the view that certain non-public information has been made public by
a third party. The Company will release an announcement on SENS addressing the aforesaid as soon
as possible.
