RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Further to the cautionary announcement released on SENS on 12
July 2012, shareholders are advised that JDH continues to
negotiate with Escalator Capital Limited (“Escalator Capital”)
and Escalator Capital Global Limited with the intention of
acquiring some or all of the equity and /or assets of Escalator
Capital. Escalator Capital is the controlling shareholder of
JDH. If negotiations are successfully concluded, there may be a
material effect on the price of the Company’s securities.
Shareholders are accordingly advised to continue to exercise
caution in dealing in the company’s securities until a further
announcement is made.
