RESIGNATION BY DIRECTORS
Unitholders are advised that Mr. Stewart Shaw-Taylor and Mr. Donald
Samuel Ogbu have resigned as non-executive directors from the board of
directors (“the board”) of Fountainhead with effect from 24 August
2012.
The board wishes to thank Mr Shaw-Taylor and Mr Ogbu for their
valuable contribution during their tenure with Fountainhead.
