Shareholders are advised that the Company’s Annual Integrated
Report, containing the Annual Financial Statements will be
posted and be available on the Company's website
www.afdawn.co.za, today, 27 August 2012. There are no
modifications to the audited condensed consolidated financial
results for the year ended 29 February 2012 which were
released on SENS on 18 May 2012.
Posting of notice of the annual general meeting
Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of
Afdawn shareholders will be held at 09:00 on Wednesday, 26
September 2012 at Sasfin Capital, 29 Scott Street, Waverley,
Johannesburg to transact the business as stated in the annual
general meeting notice being mailed to shareholders on 27
August 2012 and available on the Company's website from today.
Record dates
The notice of the Annual General Meeting will be posted to
shareholders of the Company who were recorded as such in the
Company's securities register on Friday, 17 August 2012.
The last day to trade in order to be entitled to vote at the
Annual General Meeting is Friday, 7 September 2012.
The date on which shareholders of the Company must be recorded
as such in the Company's securities register in order to
attend and vote at the Annual General Meeting is Friday, 14
September 2012.
Proxy Forms must be lodged by no later than 09:00 on Friday,
21 September 2012.
