RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR
In accordance with paragraph 3.59(b) of the Listings Requirements
of the JSE Limited, shareholders are hereby informed that
Professor Wiseman Nkuhlu has resigned from his positions as
independent non-executive director and Chairman of the Audit &
Risk Committee of the Company with effect from 27 August 2012, to
pursue other business interests.
The Board would like to thank Professor Wiseman Nkuhlu for his
valuable contribution to the Company and wishes him well on his
future endeavours.
