In accordance with the JSE Limited Listings Requirements and Section 122(1)
of the Companies Act, No 71 of 2008, shareholders are advised that 36One
Asset Management (Proprietary) Limited (“36One Asset Management”) has
notified Brimstone that it has acquired a further beneficial interest in
“N” ordinary shares of the company, resulting in the total beneficial
interest of Brimstone “N” ordinary shares held by 36One Asset Management
increasing to 8.5% of the total issued Brimstone “N” ordinary shares (BRN).
