RESULTS OF THE AGM AND RETIREMENT OF DIRECTOR
The Company would like to advise shareholders that the annual
general meeting of Wilderness Holdings Limited was held yesterday,
Tuesday 28 August 2012. All resolutions were unanimously passed.
At the meeting, Mr John Gnodde retired by rotation and did not
offer himself up for re-election due to other significant work
commitments. The Company would like to thank Mr Gnodde for his
contribution and service to the Company.
