TRANSFORMATION
Coronation’s broad-based black economic empowerment partner, the Imvula
Trust (“Imvula”), has settled its remaining debt. Whilst it was envisaged
that this would facilitate the conversion of the Imvula investment in
Coronation Investment Management (Pty) Ltd to listed Coronation shares, this
process has now been deferred pending the finalisation of the Financial
Sector Charter. Consequently, no new Coronation shares will be issued as
consideration for Imvula’s stake in Coronation Investment Management (Pty)
Ltd prior to 30 September 2012.
