CLOSED PERIOD SHARE REPURCHASE PROGRAMME
Shareholders are hereby advised that Insimbi has, via its subsidiary company, granted in terms of a
new mandate for the repurchase of its ordinary shares during its closed period. This period
commences on 1 September 2012 and terminates on or about 30 November 2012 when the Company
is scheduled to publish its interim results. The maximum number of shares that may be repurchased
during the closed period share repurchase programme will be 5 000 000 shares. The agreement has
been entered into with a single agent who has full discretion in executing the Repurchase Programme.
Any purchases will be affected within certain pre-set parameters within the limits of the JSE Listing
Requirements.
