The JSE Board is pleased to announce that, with effect from 30
August 2012, Dr. Mantsika Matooane has been appointed as a non-
executive director of the company and a member of the JSE Risk
Management Committee.
Mantsika is the Head: Group Technology at Hollard Insurance, SA
and has a PhD in Computer Science from Cambridge University.
