Further to the cautionary announcement dated 6 August 2012,
shareholders are advised that Dorbyl has entered into negotiations
with various third parties insofar as it relates to the potential
acquisition of shares in Dorbyl.
Shareholders are advised that the aforementioned negotiations remain
ongoing which negotiations may have a material effect on the price
of the Company’s securities.
Accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue exercising caution
when dealing in the Company’s securities until a full announcement
is made.
