NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that the company’s integrated annual
report incorporating its annual financial statements for the year
ended 29 February 2012, have been posted to shareholders today and
are available on the company’s website and are unchanged from the
audited results which were published on SENS on 28 May 2012.
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of the
company will be held in the boardroom at the offices of Verimark,
67 CR Swart Drive, Cnr Freda Road, Bromhof Extension 48, Randburg,
on Thursday 4 October 2012 at 14h00, to transact business as
stated in the notice of the annual general meeting. The notice of
annual general meeting forms part of the integrated annual report.
