RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR AND ALTERNATE DIRECTOR FROM THE
BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 (b) of the Listings
Requirements of the JSE Limited, the board of directors of
Erbacon hereby notifies its shareholders that Mr. Johan
Holtzhausen and his alternate, Mr. Nico de Waal, have
resigned as non-executive director and alternate non-
executive director respectively of the Company, with effect
from 1 September 2012.
The Nominations Committee is currently presiding over the
election of new directors to the Board, with particular
emphasis on the appointment of additional independent non-
executive directors. Further details will be provided in
due course.
The Company wishes to extend its gratitude to Messrs
Holtzhausen and de Waal for their significant efforts,
particularly during the recent restructuring process, and
for their guidance as directors over a number of years.
