WITHDRAWAL OF THE EXISTING CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT AND
NEW CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Withdrawal of the existing cautionary announcement:
Shareholders are referred to the announcement dated 18 April 2012, which contained
details of an agreement to purchase a 360 ha commercial and residential property
development in Kwa-Zulu Natal. The conditions precedent relating to that agreement
have not been fulfilled and accordingly the agreement has been declared null and
void. The cautionary announcement in regard thereto is hereby withdrawn.
New cautionary announcement:
Shareholders are advised that discussions are ongoing which may impact the
continued viability of the Companys business and are advised to exercise caution
when dealing in the Company's securities until such time as a further announcement
is made.
