VOTING RIGHTS AND CAPITAL
In conformity with DTR 5.6.1 we would like to notify the market of the following:
On 3 August 2012, the Company allotted 11,041 new ordinary shares of 50 pence
each in order to satisfy the exercise of share options by a former employee. As a
result of this allotment, the Company’s issued share capital now consists of
865,204,771 ordinary shares of 50 pence each with voting rights. The Company
does not hold any ordinary shares in treasury.
Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Capital Shopping Centres Group
PLC is 865,204,771.
The above figure of 865,204,771 may be used by shareholders as the
denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required
to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the
FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
