CHANGE TO BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with Section 3.59 of the Listing Requirements of the JSE Limited, Brikor’s shareholders are
hereby notified of the following changes to the board of directors of Brikor.
Mr Jim Wood has resigned as Independent Non-Executive Director of the board with effect from 31
August 2012. The board of Brikor would like to thank him for his significant contributions over the last 20
months and wish him well in his future endeavours.
