ACQUISITION OF A 55% (FIFTY FIVE PER CENT) INTEREST IN
BUKS HAULAGE LIMITED (“BHL”)
Shareholders are referred to the SENS announcement dated
7 June 2012 relating to the acquisition by the Company of
a 55% (fifty five per cent) interest in BHL and are
advised that all the conditions precedent to the
acquisition have now been fulfilled. The transaction has
therefore become unconditional and the acquisition now
becomes effective.
