Changes to the boards of directors
In accordance with section 3.59(b) of the JSE Limited
Listings Requirements, linked unitholders are advised
that Mr MJ Holmes, an independent non-executive director
of Octodec and Premium, has retired from the boards of
directors of Octodec and Premium. He also steps down as
Chairman of the Audit Committees of these two companies,
all with effect from 1 September 2012.
The boards wish to extend their sincere gratitude and
appreciation to Mr Holmes for his contribution to the
success of both Octodec and Premium and wish him all the
best in his retirement.
