UPDATE ON THE DISPOSAL OF THE REAL JUICE CO. HOLDINGS PROPRIETARY LIMITED (“RJC”) TO
CLOVER S.A. PROPRIETARY LIMITED (“CLOVER”)
Further to the announcement on the abovementioned transaction on 31 May 2012, shareholders
are advised that all outstanding conditions precedent have been fulfilled and that accordingly the
effective date for this transaction will be 1 October 2012.
RJC will be disclosed as a discontinued operation in AVI’s results for the year ended 30 June 2012
and comparatives for the year ended 30 June 2011 will be restated accordingly. Further details in
this regard will be communicated at the group’s year-end results presentation to be held on 10
September 2012.
