Cipla Medpro update on Disciplinary Hearing
Shareholders are referred to the SENS announcement released on 30 August 2012 where we advised
shareholders that a disciplinary hearing (“the Hearing”) had been convened for 6 and 7 September
2012.
Shareholders are now advised that as a result of Mr Smith and his legal advisors requiring additional
preparation time, and in order to ensure a fair and independent process, the Company has agreed to
a postponement of the Hearing. A pre-disciplinary hearing meeting will now be held on Thursday, 6
September 2012, between the representatives, where new dates for the Hearing will be determined.
These new dates for the Hearing will be communicated to the market as soon as they have been
confirmed.
