RESIGNATION OF COMPANY SECRETARY
Shareholders are advised that Kobus Louw has resigned as group company secretary of StratCorp
Limited with effect from 30 September 2012. The Board wants to thank Kobus for his contribution
during the period that he was employed by the StratCorp group and wish him well in his endeavours.
The company has initiated a process to replace Kobus Louw as soon as possible.
