WESCOAL PROCURES A THREE YEAR SUPPLY AGREEMENT WITH ESKOM
Shareholders are advised that Wescoal Mining Proprietary Limited (“Wescoal
Mining”), a wholly owned subsidiary of Wescoal, entered into a Coal Supply
Agreement with Eskom Soc Limited (“Eskom”). In terms of the agreement,
Wescoal Mining will supply 3, 2 million tons of coal to Eskom over the period
1 June 2012 to 31 January 2015 from its Khanyisa and Intabane mines.
