WITHDRAWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcement dated 25 July 2012
and the subsequent announcement dated 20 August 2012 regarding the disposal
by Ububele of 100% of its equity stake and loan account in Unique Dairy
Products (Pty) Limited (“UDP”), 100% of the business of Uni-Way
Logistics(Pty) Limited (“Uni-Way”) and all trademarks relating to UDP and
Uni-Way, with the specific exclusion of the trademark “Just Fresh” to New
ManCo duly represented by Mr. Stephan Abraham Roux. Accordingly
shareholders are advised that caution is no longer required to be exercised
when dealing in their Ububele securities.
