CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS – APPOINTMENT OF EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited, the board of directors of
Silverbridge (“the Board”) hereby notifies its shareholders that Mr Lee Kuyper has been appointed as an
executive director with effect from 5 September 2012.
Lee Kuyper joined SilverBridge in 2007 and manages the service division of SilverBridge. This division
focuses on development of new business within existing markets, implementation of software and service of
SilverBridge clients. His previous roles in the Company have involved financial, operational and sales
management roles. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant after completing his studies at the University of
Pretoria and his articles at PwC.
The board welcomes Lee and looks forward to his contribution to SilverBridge.
