Hermanus Bernardus Roode has resigned as company secretary of
Clover with effect from 1 October 2012. He will however retain his
position as an executive director of the board of directors of
Clover.
Jacques van Heerden has been appointed as company secretary of
Clover with effect from 1 October 2012.
