DIVIDEND ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE NPN SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given that as a result of the dividend declaration relating to
NASPERS LIMITED (NPN) shares, the holders of NPNSTG share instalments will
receive a NASPERS LIMITED (NPN) dividend of 335 cents per Instalment.
STC credits of 121.91778 cents have been utilised in respect of the above
dividend.
Please note a 15% dividend withholding tax (DWT) will be applicable to non-
exempt warrant holders resulting in a net payment of 303.03767 SA cents per
Instalment.
Last date to trade cum dividend Friday, 14/09/2012
Ex-dividend Date Monday, 17/09/2012
