CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Shareholders are advised of the appointment of Mr Matsobane Carl Khwinana (48) as a non-executive
director to the board of directors of Wearne on 5 September 2012.
Matsobane has an Honours degree in Accounting Sciences from UNISA and served articles at Deloitte
and Touche in Johannesburg. As part of his career development, Matsobane has attended various
courses in Private Equity and Venture Capital. He currently works for Industrial Development Corporation
of South Africa Limited (IDC).
The Board welcomes Matsobane and wishes him a long and fruitful working relationship with the
Company.
