APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTOR
In accordance with rule 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited, shareholders of the Company are hereby advised that Mr. Norman
Celliers has been appointed as a non-executive director of the Company
with effect from 1 October 2012.
Mr. Celliers holds a B.Eng (Civil) degree from the University of
Stellenbosch and an MBA from the University of Oxford (England). His
professional experience includes engineering, management consulting and
private equity in South Africa and abroad. Currently he is the Chief
Executive Officer of Zeder Investments Limited.
The board welcomes the appointment of Mr. Celliers as a director of Pioneer Foods and looks forward to his contribution.
