RESULTS OF GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that, at the general meeting of FoneWorx held on 13 September 2012, convened
in terms of the notice of general meeting contained in the circular to shareholders dated 14 August 2102, all
the resolutions were passed by the requisite majority of shareholders.
Accordingly the 40 800 612 shares held by the IDC will now be repurchased and issued to the Kirsh Family
Trusts as part of the new envisaged strategic direction for the Company.
The special resolutions will be lodged for registration at the Companies and Intellectual Property
Commission in due course.
