DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE ARI SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for AFRICAN RAINBOW MINERALS and that as
a result of the dividend declaration relating to AFRICAN RAINBOW MINERALS (ARI) the Trustees of
the Share Instalment Trust have declared a dividend amount of 475 cents per ARINIE share
instalment that is payable on Monday, 01 October 2012. The dividend is subject to a local tax of 15
per cent. STC credits amounting to 475 cents per share instalment were utilized. This results in a net
dividend of 475 cents per share instalment. The final payment will be rounded to two decimal
places.
The last day to trade cum-dividend is Thursday, 20 September 2012. The Share Instalment will
commence trading ex-dividend from Friday, 21 September 2012. The record date will be Friday, 28
September 2012.
