Afrox shareholders are hereby advised, in accordance with section 3.59 of the JSE
Limited Listings Requirements, that Mr Richard John Newton Gearing has been
appointed as a non-executive director to the Company’s board with effect from
10 September 2012.
Mr Gearing is a highly experienced executive with over 27 years experience in the
Industrial and Packaged Gas Industry. He currently holds the position of Head of
Operations in BOC UK a wholly owned subsidiary of the Linde Group.
