(Proprietary) Limited pursuant to Section 122 (3) (b) of the Companies Act 71 of 2008 (“the Act”).
Pursuant to the Act and Paragraph 3.83 (b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, ADvTECH
shareholders are advised that, following on the acquisition of a beneficial interest in securities of
ADvTECH, Kagiso Asset Management (Proprietary) Limited, in aggregate, now holds 5.15% of the
total issued share capital of ADvTECH Limited.
