DISCLOSURE OF DISPOSAL OF SECURITIES IN THE COMPANY
In accordance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act and section 3.83(b)
of the JSE Listing Requirements, shareholders are advised that Marathon Asset
Management LLP has disposed of ordinary shares in the company and its total
beneficial interest now amounts to 9.59% of the total number of ordinary
shares in issue.
Formal notification has been received from Marathon Asset Management LLP and
the company will file the required notice with the Takeover Regulation Panel.
