CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS – RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited, the board of directors of
Sentula (“the Board”) hereby notifies its shareholders that Mr Hugh Stoyell has resigned as an independent
non-executive director with effect from 17 September 2012.
The Board thanks Mr Hugh Stoyell for his contribution, during his long association with the Company and
wishes him well in his future endeavours.
