VOLUNTARY TRADING STATEMENT
The Board of Insimbi hereby announces that the Group’s results for the interim period ended 31 August
2012, being earnings and headline earnings per share, are expected to be approximately 4.7 cents per
share, an increase of approximately 13% when compared to the earnings and headline earnings per share
for the prior comparative period ended 31 August 2011.
The financial information on which this trading statement is based has not been reviewed or reported on by
the Group’s auditors. The Group’s results for the interim period ended 31 August 2012 are expected to be
published on or about 5 October 2012.
