Shareholders are advised that the audited consolidated annual financial statements for the year ended
31 March 2012 posted on 19 September 2012 are unchanged from the reviewed provisional condensed
consolidated financial statements which were released on SENS on 1 August 2012.
Notice is hereby given to the shareholders of the Company the Annual General meeting of ZCI will be
held at the Hotel Novotel Luxembourg Kirchberg, Quartier Européen Nord Kirchberg, 6, rue du Fort
Niedergrünewald, Luxembourg on Thursday, 11 October 2012 at 14:30 Central European Time (13:30
British Summer Time,14:30 South African Standard Time). The notice of annual general meeting is
issued with the integrated annual report, which contains the audited consolidated annual financial
statements of ZCI for the year ended 31 March 2012.
