Further to the announcement dated 25 July 2012, SA
Corporate unitholders are advised that Mr Kenneth John
Forbes, an independent non-executive director of SA
Corporate, has been appointed as a member of the Risk,
Audit and Compliance Committee with immediate effect
until such time as the appointment of a permanent
Chairman of SA Corporate has been finalized and Mr John
Biesman-Simons reverts back to Chairman of the Risk,
Audit and Compliance Committee.
