on SENS on 16 August 2012 and are hereby advised that the
company’s Integrated Report for the year ended 30 June 2012
was posted today.
Included in the Integrated Report is a notice of Annual
General Meeting of shareholders as at 14 September 2012, being
the record date set by the board of directors of the company
for purposes of determining which shareholders are entitled to
receive the notice of Annual General Meeting, which will be
held at the company’s registered office located at
10 Mack Road, Prospecton, Durban at 11:00 on Wednesday,
24 October 2012.
