DISCLOSURE OF PURCHASE OF SECURITIES IN THE COMPANY
Shareholders of Niveus are referred to the announcement dated 19 September
2012, in connection with directors dealings. Pursuant to the dealings
disclosed in the aforementioned announcement, and in accordance with section
122(3)(b) of the Companies Act and section 3.83(b) of the JSE Listing
Requirements, shareholders are advised that Mr J.A. Copelyn and Mr M.J.A.
Golding have purchased ordinary shares in the company and their total
beneficial interests now amount to 6.52% and 9.78%, respectively, of the
total number of ordinary shares in issue.
Formal notification has been received by Niveus and the company will file the
required notice with the Takeover Regulation Panel.
