DISCLOSURE OF ACQUISITION OF SECURITIES
In accordance with the JSE Limited Listings Requirements and
Section 122(1) of the Companies Act, No 71 of 2008,
shareholders are advised that Stanlib Property Income Fund
(“Stanlib Property”) has notified Octodec that it has acquired
a beneficial interest in securities of the company, such that
the total beneficial interest of Octodec securities held by
Stanlib Property is now 5.06% of the total issued Octodec
securities.
