TRADING STATEMENT UPDATE
Subsequent to the Trading statement dated 28 June 2012, shareholders are advised that the results for the twelve
months ended 30 June 2012 are to improve over the prior period of twelve months loss per share of 1.00 cents to
a 0.23 cents loss per share, and from a headline loss per share of 0.43 cents to a headline loss of 0.24 cents per
share.
The financial information on which this trading statement is based has not been reviewed or reported on by the
Group`s external auditors.
BioScience`s financial results will be released on SENS on 28 September 2012.
