NO CHANGE STATEMENT, RELEASE OF ANNUAL REPORT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL
GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that the Annual Report of StratCorp for
the year ended 29 February 2012 has been released today and contains
no modifications to the audited abridged results released on SENS on
18 September 2012.
Included in the Abridged Audited Group Financial Results is a Notice
of Annual General Meeting which will be held at the Companys
registered office located at 3rd Floor, Lakeside Building A, 2004
Gordon Hood Drive, Centurion on Friday, 26 October 2012 at 10:00.
The Record Date, being the date set by the board of directors of
the Company for purposes of determining which shareholders are
entitled to receive and vote at the Annual General Meeting, is
Friday, 19 October 2012.
The Companys Annual Report will also be available on the Companys
website, www.stratcorp.co.za.
