RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
The board is pleased to advise shareholders that, at the
Annual General Meeting of the Company held yesterday at
Western Utilities Corporation (Pty) Ltd offices, Route 21
Corporate Park, 45 Sovereign Drive, Ground Floor, Unit C,
Irene X30, all the resolutions presented in the Notice of
Annual General Meeting were passed by the requisite majority
of shareholders.
